Our mechanical team is responsible for designing and documenting the subsystems of our unique wave energy technology. Each one of the team members are responsible for certain sub-systems, managing the development from concept and design through manufacturing and finally integration and testing. Workdays usually include design work in CAD, advanced calculations, strength and fatigue analysis by FEA, supplier contacts, design reviews, safety analysis and hands on assembly or testing. 

The team includes experts in gearbox technology, pneumatic systems, industrial machine design, structural analysis, composites, design methods for offshore environment and corrosion protection.
